Fiber Games is looking for experienced Game Designer to join our Hybrid-Casual/Casual team!

We work in Istanbul – Kozyatağı with a hybrid working model. We create fun games, talk about games, and play games… We’d be happy to have you with us in our upcoming projects!

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in designing game mechanics, economy, and progression systems.
  • Expertise in Hybrid-casual, casual, and especially puzzle genres within mobile game design processes.
  • Ability to design engaging, fun, and long-lasting gameplay mechanics that captivate players.
  • Proficiency in creating, updating, and documenting detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs).
  • Familiarity with Unity game engine used in game design processes.
  • Experience in game economy, level design, and meta-design.
  • Ability to extract insights from game testing and user data to refine game design.
  • Capability to work in an iterative, deadline-oriented, and results-driven manner.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and in-game metrics to enhance game designs.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, open to giving and receiving feedback.
Priority Skills We Are Looking For
  • Ability to document game mechanics and system designs in detail.
  • Experience in level design and the ability to contribute to level design when needed.
  • Developing solutions that optimize user experience and in-game progression.
  • Knowledge of In-App Purchase (IaP) systems.
  • Experience in using A/B testing and player data to improve game content.
  • Ability to work in harmony with other team members and lead creative processes.
  • Taking an active role in publisher relations by documenting, sharing, and integrating knowledge into company culture through collaborative efforts.
  • Evaluating the feasibility of game designs in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Acting as a Product Specialist/Owner, overseeing the entire product journey from day one, ensuring production quality, product quality, adherence to plans, close monitoring of production processes, quick delegation of emerging issues, and alternative plan development throughout the entire production cycle.
